Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Usually, we ship orders out Monday through Saturday with Sunday being our weekly
day off.
Under extraordinary circumstances your order may be delayed more that 2 days.
Any delay in such a circumstance will be communicated via e-mail or phone.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
A customer is intimated of the shipping details once the shipment is ready for
dispatch at our end.

Damages
Whole One Zero Eight Coffee (OPC) Pvt Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our
support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and
damaged goods before filing a claim.
